Age Restriction & Eligibility

Account Registration

Account Accuracy
You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the platform is true, accurate, and not misleading. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 89cd is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive important notices sent to an outdated email address or mobile number.
Single Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the 89cd platform. Opening more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 89cd reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, forfeit any bonus balances held across the duplicate accounts, and restrict future registration privileges.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 89cd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party for any reason. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 89cd support immediately via the live chat function available inside your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
89cd supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to two (2) business days. 89cd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation, where required for compliance purposes.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may not be processed to a payment method that was not used to make a corresponding deposit, unless the original deposit method is no longer available, in which case an alternative method of equivalent ownership may be approved at 89cd's discretion.
Inactive Account Fees
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 89cd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to inactive accounts after this period, not exceeding ৳100 per month, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
89cd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. The general provisions in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by 89cd are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in full in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to verified account holders who have not previously self-excluded. 89cd reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. One bonus offer may be active on an account at any one time unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state that it may be combined with another offer.
Prohibited Bonus Conduct
The following activities are prohibited in connection with any 89cd bonus or promotion:
- Placing matched bets or arbitrage bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
- Colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once

- Any other conduct that 89cd reasonably determines to be abusive of the bonus system
Where prohibited bonus conduct is identified, 89cd reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the relevant account without prior notice.

Section 6
User Obligations
As a registered player on the 89cd platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of 89cd, its employees, other players, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification
- Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, scripts, bots, or any automated means
- Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or unfair play in live casino games or sports betting
- Laundering money or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or infrastructure

Violation of any of the obligations set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where the conduct in question constitutes or may constitute a criminal offence.
You further agree to cooperate fully with any 89cd investigation into suspected prohibited conduct, including providing identity documentation, transaction records, and any other information reasonably requested.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
89cd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete verification, or conduct that 89cd determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 89cd support via the live chat function inside your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, we may ask you to confirm your identity and the reason for closure. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided no outstanding verification or compliance requirements exist.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to exclude yourself from the platform for responsible gaming reasons, 89cd offers a formal self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon contact and result in a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months, during which your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or deposit. Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 89cd reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that no funds are owed to the player — for example, where balances were derived from fraudulent activity — those funds will not be returned. 89cd will provide written notice of this determination to the player's registered email address.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89cd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if 89cd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
89cd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 89cd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability
89cd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 89cd will not be liable for any losses — including losses on open bets — arising from platform downtime, provided that we take reasonable steps to restore services promptly.
Third-Party Game Providers
Games on the 89cd platform are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Governing Law
